Criminal Law

Over 23 years of Criminal defense practice in all New Mexico Courts including Federal Court, District Court, Metropolitan Court, Magistrate Court and Municipal courts. Typical cases include (DWI) Driving while under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and/or Drug, Domestic Violence, Assault and/or battery Misdemeanors, Felonies, Drug offenses, Traffic Violations, Violent Crimes, and alleged violations of probation/parole.

License Revocation

Representing clients in DWI and traffic related suspension/revocation proceedings involving the NM Motor Vehicle Division, including Implied Consent hearings.

Personal Injury

Representing plaintiffs in cases of serious personal injury, including motor vehicle accidents, Semi-truck accidents, slip and fall cases, and dog-bite cases.
