Truckers:

New Mexico CDL DWI 04% or greater or failing to submit to a chemical test will be arrested for DWI and your CDL will be revoked for a period of 1-year following a first offense violation. If you were carrying hazardous materials at the time, your CDL will be revoked for 3-years.
